All orders that we receive by on weekdays will be picked up by  couriers on the next 2-working day. The shipping costs within Germany & the Netherlands are € 6,95. We charge € 15.95 for all international shipments.  Shipments to Switzerland cost € 24.95.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling you that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
